Once an order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for dispatch. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days.

These timeframes are estimates based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed, as shipping can be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear while the carrier scans the parcel into their system.
If your order is not delivered within 10 business days from dispatch, you will automatically receive a $15 Delivery Assurance Credit for use on your next Bare Ritual order.
This credit is our way of ensuring you are never penalised for shipping delays outside of our control.
The credit will be issued automatically while your order continues in transit and can be used on any future purchase.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to delivery delays.
Instead, the Delivery Assurance Credit is provided as compensation while the order completes delivery.
If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days or your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Bare Ritual is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
